Exercise plan so far

20 Sit Ups/Push Ups everyday. 10 when I wake up, 10 when I go to bed.
Running/Jogging at least 1 mile everyday.

The start

So, here is the deal. I would like to lose weight, and tone up, by the summer, and I have no idea where to start.

Does anyone any have suggestions as to what my diet should be, and my daily exercise? I don't know if I can get to the gym everyday, but, I do have an exercise bike at home.

I want to lose my belly fat, my "lovehandles" but mostly, my thighs!
